A mix of professional and amateur documentary short films created a programme that explored the recent history of the Scottish textiles industry through its manufacturing processes, promotional activity, factory workers and fashions. The programme presented five films and a compilation film created from clips of various films held at the Scottish Screen Archive.
The screening was introduced by Dr. Jonathan Murray and the films were edited for the programme by Rob Kennedy. The programme included live performance and original composition by Graham Riach and a DJ set by Lucy McKenzie.
